CNC MACHINIST

JOB Responsibilities

·    Set-up and select appropriate tools for machinery operation on conventional lathe machines
·    Fabricate tooling, inserts, jig/fixtures according and meeting drawing specifications and supports production department on tooling requirements
·    Perform machining works as per given drawings and production timeline
·    Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of machines
·    Perform quality check on finished products using precision instruments
·    Maintain housekeeping and adhere to safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
·    Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior

Job Requirements
·   Minimum NITEC in Precision Machining/Metal Machining or equivalent
·   Experience in operating CNC Lathe Machines, CNC Milling, grinding and drilling machines
·   Proficient with application of measuring instruments, gages and measuring techniques
·   Able to interpret Mechanical Drawing.
·   Able to Programme CNC MILLING AND TURNING CAM software.
·   Minimum 2 years’ experience in Precision / Manufacturing industry.
·   Able to work Independently & Perform Troubleshooting
